    1–2 weeks

    Optional, and priced for your business: when the starting point is not clear, we recommend a Digital Health Check. Like a physiotherapist’s initial assessment before a treatment plan, it is a structured review that ends in a roadmap.

    1–3 days

    We match what the business needs to the five stages, from the roadmap or straight from the call. You can start at Foundation, Operate or Intelligence, wherever the business is today.

I started SolvX because every clinic and studio now needs skills only big companies used to have: software engineering, data, and AI that actually works. Most can’t hire that team. What does SolvX do?

We build, connect and grow the systems that clinics, studios and appointment-based businesses run on, so bookings, payments, reminders and reports work together. You can start with a website, custom tools or dashboards, whichever fits where you are.

How big a business do you work with?

Any size. We work with one practitioner on their own and with businesses that run several sites, and we scope each project to fit.

Where do I start?

Request a free 30-minute call on Google Meet, and we reply within two business days with times. You tell us how the business runs, and we tell you honestly whether we can help. If the starting point isn’t clear, we suggest a Digital Health Check, a structured review that ends in a roadmap. A clearly scoped job, such as a website, can be quoted straight from the call.

Who owns what you build?

You do. You own your data and the code built for you, and your data is kept in Canada by default.

Where are you based?

We are based in Toronto and work with clinics and studios across Canada. Calls are the default, and we meet in person in Toronto and the GTA when it helps.
